• Consulting & Engineer services (in the office): 30,00€/hour

• Land Registry declarations for private properties: 50,00€/unit

• Land Registry declarations for corporate properties: 100,00€/unit

• Locating a property with GPS mobile App: 40,00€/unit

• Cost estimation for new constructions or renovations: 350,00€/unit

• Technical assessment of buildings and constructions: 250,00€/unit

• Visiting a site/construction for consultation: 50,00€/visit

Project Management Services

​

In a construction or renovation/restoration project, the services we are providing are:

Cost assessment - Gathering quotes

Detailed construction drawings

Construction quality control

Daily monitoring of the work progress

Daily progress report

Expenses management

Sorting out minor engineering issues

Consultation on various engineering/construction subjects

Submitting applications for getting connected to the Municipal water lines & and the telephone/internet networks

Providing your accountant with all necessary information regarding workers' insurance every month

Remuneration for the provision of project management services is calculated as a percentage on top of the net cost of materials, labor, and third-party services required for the implementation of the projects.

​

As a base, this percentage is set at :

10% (plus VAT), for projects within 10Km away from our office,

15% (plus VAT), for projects up to 20Km from our office, and

20% (plus VAT), for projects that are more than 20Km away from our office,

but depending on the scale of the project it is possible to modify it by agreement with the owner.
